When you use Consult, Negotiator, quiz, or saved-progress features, we may process the text you enter, country choices, scenario choices, quiz progress, preferences, account identifiers, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

Consult and Negotiator text may be sent to our AI provider so the app can generate replies, rewrites, translations, risk notes, and cultural guidance.

How we use it

• To generate AI responses and make them more relevant to your selected countries and context.
• To remember preferences, progress, streaks, and unlocked learning content.
• To improve reliability, safety, abuse prevention, and product quality.
• To support login, account recovery, and service communications when account features are used.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use cross-site advertising profiles.
• We do not publish your prompts, rewrites, or quiz progress as a public profile.
• We do not ask for sensitive personal details to use the core cultural guidance.

Local storage and account sync

Some settings, such as theme, text size, selected countries, quiz progress, and tour state, may be stored on your device. If you log in, some progress and account-backed data may also be stored so the app can work across sessions.

Data retention

We keep data for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain your account and progress, improve quality, and protect the product from misuse. Our AI provider may retain prompts for safety, abuse prevention, and service operation under its own policy.

Children

The Asia Bridge is intended for adults using it for professional preparation. It is not directed at children under 13.
